We give the visitors of your events some very tasty, flavoursome and exciting options. We are specialized in German sausages but we can also provide vegetarian and other meat options on request. Our sausages are gluten free and MSG free.
We provide different catering units presentation options up and can setup according to your requirements.
Option 1: Food van / 15 sqm
(5.5 mtr long x 2.2mtr wide)
Option 2: Food Trailer / 12 sqm
(5 mtr long (including drawbar * 2.5 mtr wide)
Option 3: Marquee / 9 sqm (or a combination of all three)
(3 mtr long * 3 mtr wide)
We can also provide combinations of these 3 units.
All units are approved by the health departments and come self contained with BBQ’s, water / grey water tanks and cooking facilities to highest hygienic standards.
We have a public liability insurance of $20 million and have all the necessary government and regulatory permits, including food handler certificates, food van registration and Energy Safe Victoria approval of plumbing and electric installation. Our space requirements are minimal.
